Blink: Ultimate Phantom sets up a teleport beacon which lasts for 15 seconds. While the beacon is active, Phantom gains a movement speed bonus and activates an unmitigatable defense system (85 defense points). If the ability button is pressed again while the beacon is active, Phantom teleports back and heals 15% grey and normal HP. Cooldown: 10 seconds (MK3)
