Overview

|ULTIMATE}} Ares was introduced as part of update 9.2 as the second |ULTIMATE}} robot, following ULTIMATE}} Spectre. The robot could be earned by obtaining four ULTIMATE}} Pulsar via leaderboard milestone tasks or through ULTIMATE}} Datapads. One such ULTIMATE}} Pulsar was obtainable through getting Platinum on Extermination (now Hunting Grounds) stage 5, and is the only |ULTIMATE}} weapon that could be obtained through non-conventional means. The |ULTIMATE}} Ares improves upon the original in all aspects: *+25% durability *+25% max damage accumulation (to +x%) *+5% absorber damage accumulation (to 219.738%%) *+100 meters built-in weapon range (to 600m) *-0.04s built-in weapon shot interval reduction (to 0.06s) *+3KM/h (when ) or +10KM/h (when ) when Retribution is active *Upgraded weapon hardpoints (2xLight + 2xMedium -> 4xMedium)

Ability // Retribution

There are three separate versions of this ability, which is dependent on the robot. However, the different versions have the same general mechanics; the ability to deploy an impenetrable (no weapon type can bypass) and indestructible (has unlimited durability) Absorber shield, that has the added ability of absorbing weapon damage to boost the robot's built-in weaponry by up to a 100% damage increase.
